Very Cool

Well I've kind of always wanted a blog but I never really thought that anyone would read it. I've now decided I don't care if anyone reads it or not, I'll just pretend they do.

Ok, so, I've been a mommy for all of 6 weeks as of tomorrow. And I love every second of it. Mavity, my daughter, was born on March 19th, 2008 at 2:56pm. She weighed 8lbs 11oz and was 20 inches long. From the moment I saw her I was in love. She is now almost 6 weeks old and weighs (as of her last dr's apt last week) 10lbs 13oz and is 23 inches long. She is a big girl! She is the love of my life and I couldn't ask for a happier baby. She just consumes me and I can't imagine my life without her. Her feet are so tasty and her cheeks are so kissable and her smile is so intoxicating. She is asleep right now and I'm suppose to be doing homework, all in good time I suppose.

I'm graduating from college next week. It's really exciting and amazing. I've been in college for almost 9 years and I'm finally graduating. It's about freakin time! If someone would have told me last April that I would be a mom and graduating from college in the next year I would have laughed in their face. I actually never thought I would be where I am, I've always wanted to be here but wasn't sure I would ever make it. I'm so happy with my life and I can't ask for anything more.
